This policy explains how Creative Crows Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") handles the personal details you share through creativecrows.com. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms (free estimate, callback, SEO audit, price list and contact):

• your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, and optionally your email and company;
• your website address, if you ask for an SEO audit;
• the service, budget, timeline and message you choose to share;
• the page you sent it from and how you reached us (for example a Google search or an ad campaign).

We also keep a one-way scrambled version of your IP address to stop spam. It cannot be turned back into your address.

How we use it

• to call, WhatsApp or email you about your enquiry, and send the estimate, audit or price list you asked for;
• to prepare quotes and, if you become a client, to deliver and support your project;
• to understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask.

Who can see it

Our sales and project team, inside our own systems (our website server and our CROVO CRM). Our email provider delivers the notification emails. We share details with no one else unless the law requires it.

Your browser

The site remembers your display choice (light, dark or high contrast) and, for one visit, the campaign you arrived from. Both stay in your own browser. If we add Google Analytics, it will use cookies to count visits; you can block them in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing sales@creativecrows.com or calling +91 84463 12333. We reply within 7 working days.
